Well, as far as I can tell, the automatic password sender is broken, and has been broken for several years. I don't know of any of the Mudcat addresses where it works, the dev site or any others. I tested the main address and the dev site just now, and the password sender didn't work on either of them. I and a very few of the volunteers have access to the membership database, and can retrieve passwords for you. Usually, the best thing to do is e-mail me. I am off doing volunteer work most of the day on Sunday and Monday, but I do check in a few times a day.

And please, stop sending those firstborn children when you want a password reset. I've had two firstborns in my family (my son and a stepson). Believe me, two are more than enough.
