Beer, the last time I visited Oz I had the privilege of tracing the course of the mighty Amazon River through the Ural Mountains. I gazed in awe as its waters poured over Niagara Falls into the awe-inspiring Grand Canyon and so, by way of the Thames Estuary and the Mississippi Delta, to the wine-dark Mediterranean Sea. Truly, Australia has it all.
