And on the menu: some chilled tenderloin of beef (I had this at a promo party for Garmarna a few weeks ago and it was amazing) with country mustard...and some grilled asparagus brushed with garlic marinade...smoked trout salad on crackers...and a nice selection of bangers! Real ones. With dipping sauce.
