SRS, thanks. She's been there several times in the past. It is mostly a deal of papers, tons of them, which have to be filled out every time she wants to request a day off under FMLA because she has asked for it as needed, not in a lump amount. That, and the people in HR, who have to approve it, are really rude/snotty, according to Karen. We had the papers when Rog broke his foot and they tried to make us use it while waiting for Workers Comp. The paper work is unbelievable, but it's still good it's available.

Sorry, I wasn't clear about the laptop. Karen just said she wished she could get him one to use while in there.:-)
