I don't think so, Jeri, with the "Okay" and "Apply" buttons, plus when I do disable it, I get an "Are you sure" box, wanting to know if I've lost my freaking mind and really, really want to see all the nasties available on the Internet.

When I pop it up on the Control Panel, it just comes up with the same thing I get under Tools, Internet Options, etc. If I go to the C drive and look around at Programs and IE, I cannot tell which file has it in it. Aaarrrggghhh!! Next time I am having one custom built!
