Wow. Just amazing, this forum about this song--especially since the thread originated 11 years ago. (Is that some kind of record?) I'm nearly 52, and have been wondering for YEARS whether the ITHOTN jukebox song was some little-known or unreleased Sham the Sham & the Pharaohs track. I mean, its resemblance to "Little Red Riding Hood" is unmistakeable, and caught my attention the very first time I ever heard it back in the 60s.

So after years of wondering about it every time the movie has aired on television over the years, I finally decided this morning to research it.
