Your little girl needs all the love and support you can give her right now. She is fortunate to have a Dad who is able to speak openly about this to his friends knowing that they will offer support and love. Too many parents try to hide from the incident or pretend it hasn't happened leaving the child to fend for herself. I too know too well how a child can suffer and blame herself without caring adults to guide her. You and your family have had more than your share. I am sorry. I wish I could change it for you. Next best, I will keep you safe in my thoughts and prayers. Stay strong. When the good times come back, you will appreciate them more than ever. And know that you have done nothing to deserve your troubles. It is just life.
