I am waiting for last night's (rather enjoyable) Zumba class to kick in with the aches and pains. Legs feel a bit leaden today. My knacked up shoulder muscles got put through the mill, but they can learn to live with it, sez I!
Trouble was, I grabbed a ready meal when I got back at about 7pm, and topped it off with the remains of a heavy fruit pudding that "needed" eating up. Silly girl.
