Andrea, yes. That nylon canvas stuff camp chairs here are made from.

BTW, are you eating the requisite post-workout recovery calories to refuel the muscles-- typically a small bowl of cereal and fruit in milk or yogurt-- and are you doing a good warm-down to get the lactic acid buildup outta the legs? Hardi does two things to deal with that leaden after-effect: 1, put legs up on a wall (lie on bed, butt to wall, legs up). 2, a rolling pin run from back of the ankle to back of knee, then a second round from back of knee to buttocks, pulling up against the weight of the leg... he does that one seated, with knees tucked up towards chest to get the right parts accessible.
