I should also add if you are drunk and disorderly here in Canada and resist arrest and/or are uncontrollable down at the local lockup you are sure to be roughed up and cuffed tigthly by the local police ... a Mr. Nobody (real name btw) was arrested at last year's G20 protest in Toronto, beaten severely by the police and his arrest ticket had a bogus badge number on it. ... howz about that for a civilized country ... google Mr. Nobody G20 protest and read about it.
