It may be helpful if you mention the setting. Choir? Female, male, mixed? Solo singer? Organ, classical orchestra, piano?

I know of a Psalm 23 by Schubert (D.706) for female voices and organ; this is not the tune you sang. I would start searching among English composers in the tradition of Hubert Parry (a wild guess).
