(Singer's Nights on the last Wednesday of the month, no charge, Kenlis Arms near Garstang, about ten miles north of Preston. Haven't been there myself yet, but the singarounds and concert events have been going for some time. There's a contact form, or a phone number on the linked page to confirm it's on.

You just missed a good session at the Punchbowl, Churchtown (another thread refers, third Wednesday of the month).

If you could hold out till Friday (every week) the Moorbrook, Garstang Road, Preston has a small but perfectly formed gathering of musicians and singers. The pub may look closed if you arrive before 8:30pm, but it's worth waiting for.
