Police didn't find it unfounded they decided it would be too hard to get a conviction seeeing as ben had cops on the payroll as bodygaurds and it would be thier word against some poor student that they got drunk.

It will be a great game though and its a shame you can't go.How does one get tickets to a bowl game anyway?
