I SAID it was nasty... we had hundreds of thousands in this area without power, and some will be off until the weekend. I had 'only' 23½ hrs. of dark & cold. Fortunately, I am on a fairly well-maintained street that gets plowed early, but 8" of heavy is hard to shovel.
   I still feel lucky compared to you folks in Jersey, Delaware, N. York, Maine...etc...etc.... I think we all need a break. Let's protest and march to...ummmm... hmmm? Oh, too deep to march? Well, let's all sing "Sumer ist incomin in"
