This will probably sound to some like it was procrastinating, but it wasn't-- this denominational life has a rhythm I know well and work with.

This is the time I have waited for, to update a blog I tend for someone else. I have a pile of raw material to edit and post, and then I will be training that person whose blog it is to post his own updates in future. Why there is a backlog-- LOL, backBLOG-- is because we knew there would be little or no traffic there until the site that points to it got more traffic, which is occurring now due to other site work there that is near completion (mostly search engine optimization). The BEST paRT OF THIS IS THAT THE GOALS WE SET FOR THAT SITE ARE REACHING FRUITION,

... with a couple of new volunteers to help gather and submit content for the site, about to be trained to come on board. A structure for that took some time to mature and I'm thrilled that as soon as it was possible, the BEST peeps to carry on that part of the job immediately came forward (because sometimes that step takes years).

So it's going to be FUN to slog thru the backBlog stuff because I CAN see the light at the end of that tunnel and it is not a train running at me, but a clear view to the other responsibilities that have been warming up on the front burner.

Anyway later I'll post at least a word count on the backBlog and have a clue how long it will take to post it all.
