Here's the deal with teflon...Don't buy a cheapie 'cuase it's too thin and the teflon will be in yer food in no time...
Don't scratch the teflon... This means not stacking stuff on in when you store it unless you put a paper towel between them... Always use plastic spatulas, sppons, etc.... Always clean with plastic scubber... Never steel wool... If you see that the teflon is scrtached so that you can see shiny metal, throw it away... It's done!!!
