There seems to be a plethora of presidents along the north African coast staying put when they're not wanted. And in Ivory Coast, they've got TWO of 'em, one recently elected and the other one hanging grimly on by his teeth to a very lucrative post. Not to mention Robert Mgabe etc etc. Short of assassination, how does one shift these people from office?
