Good that you're obsessed with other people's obsessions.
I couldn't stand milk if it wasn't "whole" milk. Now, there's that augmented stuff, 1% that tastes like whole milk, and it's really GOOD. I loathed blueberries until a few years ago. Now, I love them.
The one thing I've noticed is that "current thinking" on what's healthy isn't very reliable. Coffee, for example. First, it didn't matter. Then, it was bad, then good (anti-oxidants). I think there's no universal "good" or "bad" with coffee, or with many things. Some folks will have heard rhythm issues if they drink it, or diarrhea, or blood pressure problems. Other people have none of those things, and the anti-oxidant goodness is a big plus.
One thing right up there with fake blueberries, or actually way above it: artificial sweeteners. Stevia comes from a plant, but the blue, the pink and the yellow stuff is horrible. When I was younger, no-calorie sweeteners were considered good, because of all the empty calories they replaced. Nobody should drink gallons of sweet liquid, but a little sugar is far healthier than those little packets of simulated sweetness.
