C-flat, ok, let's agree to disagree. I am referring to this version, where I clearly hear E7 played by the second (background) guitar. The "sharp" chord might also be C#7. Funny that we have got so used to sevenths that we sometimes have problems hearing resp. missing them. If this question were of any importance, I would capture the sound and let the chord play in a loop, imagine it to be a tonic chord and test for contradiction.
