Making a Moroharpa sounds an interesting project....I'm putting wood aside at the moment to have a go at making a nyckelharpa myself, but fancy tweeking the design if at all possible to make it lighter whilst still retaining the strength necessary for the stringing. I'm growing my own wood for the project...
