What image? Remember the old adage about paying peanuts & getting monkeys. A friend's daughter got married in Scotland not long ago. She missed the wedding coz she booked with a lowcost line [forget if it was Ryanair or that other one whose name I can't even recall & don't care anyhow coz I would never dream of travelling on it], & they just cancelled the flight, providing no alternative, boomboom just like that! becoz they hadn't sold enuff seats.

To blazes with them. Pay a proper price, for crying out loud, & get proper service, instead of trying to cut corners.
