Once upon a time there were two mice who fell into an urn of milk. They swam around and around trying to find a way out. Soon one of them grew tired and started to complain. "We're going to die in here, we'll never get out", he complained. "Keep going," urged the other, things always changed. And what do you know, things did change. Soon the milk turned into butter and the two mice were able to climb out of the urn!

Change is the nature of life. Cycles, seasons and change. It's the only thing we can count on. This too WILL pass. Try to find the best way for you, to ride out the 'down cycle'.
