Nigel, if you still need help, describe what exactly you did that produced the error. Which programme? Did it work correctly previously? What do you see if you paste the pw to an ordinary text editor? Does the error occur only with particular passwords? ...

What JHW writes about is an ordinary error by the author of the web page. Anyone can produce such errors at Mudcat ;-).
