Yes, do! Please don't anyone feel shy because you think he might not know/remember you. He used always to say that the folk scene was his "family" so I know that all messages will be welcomed, even if he doesn't recognise every name.

It's a great idea to do as Surreysinger has just done and describe the event or place itself where you last saw him, which will call up happy memories of its own. (Or photos, if you have any?)
