Follow up to Chris Mason's post:

It's NOT Bourne River, although we can see why some might have thought it was.

Their kit's quite distinctive, and not so unlike our own (which is why we were given the picture) but we don't know who they are/were nor where they were. The slide's dated August 1978.

- black bowlers with white ribbons - on a high res scan it looks as if they all have a small bunch of cherries or simlar on the hat brims. Leather baldricks & horse brasses, but can't make out anything more detailed.

We'd be grateful for any other suggestions as to who it may be, so that we can pass the slide on.
