As for that woman in the video, she's got some kind of problem with her left eye. Watch the video for a bit, and you'll see what I mean. Really quite odd.

Matter of fact, her eyes seem a bit strange altogether, although she talks quite intelligently. Maybe she's one of those lizard people? ;-)
