I am sorry you are so upset guest, I never used this but I have several friends who said there is a product called NUSKIN ... It is a glue like substance you get at the drug store for paper cuts and the like. I guess it works really well and is flexible enough to keep the soreness in the fingers down. It is like a band-aid type of glue that is suppose to look and feel like skin. I hope that helps
