Finished listing a bunch of stuff online that needed attention, and now I'm going to work on the eBay stuff.

Nate Berkus has segments about various things, and today they had someone from a program I've never watched (from the Biggest Loser franchise) talk about portions. And this was useful, using household items to compare/judge portion size, because I'm aware that while I eat healthy, I'm still getting too much. It's difficult when I'm still learning to cook smaller quantities, so too often I end up with too much on my plate. That will be my next part of the healthy eating routine - making sure there are smaller entree portions and more fruit and veggies. Want to know how large the piece of chicken on your plate should be? Make it the size of a normal coaster (I remember The Zone books talking about the size of the palm of your hand - same idea). The amount of dry cereal to eat? A teacup, not a bowl. A glass of juice has as much calorie-wise as six oranges. Eat an orange instead and you'll get the fiber along with the right amount of calories. Good points.
