During Jan 1919 the workers of Glasgow rioted....led by well known radical socialists, they fought and won running battles with police.

The British government fearing a socialist revolution sent into Glasgow 10,000 soldiers, tanks, machine guns, and a howitser.

They were prepared to blow their people to pieces to protect the system and would do so again if the Capitalist system were to come under serious attack.
