Both the logic and the facts of josepp's statement are incorrect. I suspect that he comes from an uncivilised country where institutionalised murder is not only practiced but applauded. I believe that murder by individuals, states, countries and institutions on whatever grounds is equally reprehensible and degenerate.

I do, however, agree with MtheGM's statement regarding the subsequent treatment of Thompson and Venables.
