however if anyone wants i could broaden my decades old campaign to become the king of canada. i've been running to be canada's first elected king since i started busking. i don't want a salary just a place to stay at the governor generals mansion and the luitennant governors mansions across the country (housing is always an issue for buskers)and the right to busk anywhere in the country anytime i want--and a crown--i think people should know the if the busker they are throwing money to is the king!!!

if you vote for me as king i promise to make canada the most egalitarian society in the world. i'll create a canadian house of lords and everyone will be a member--we will all be nobility!!! you can be the duke or dutchess of (whatever address you live at) all nobles, however the new house of lords won't have any salary nor expense allowance or housing, but we can have a yearly out door party in each province every year in the dead of winter just to show how tough canucks are!!!

so i could run for king of the uk too!! i'd look good reading the speech from the throne, and with mandolin harp or bouzouki accompanyment!!!

i test marketed this campaign at speakers corner at hyde(sp?) park a few years. the audience still need some warming up for that one--i think they thought i should be more serious. they didn't realize i was dead serious. the commonwealth needs to spread the wealth a bit more commonly by not paying the lords or monarchs and letting the king busk for a living.

so i hope i have your vote to be the first elected monarch.
