I met Muff many years ago in Iceland.

I had lived there before and decided to return on a cycling trip.
We planned that day, to cycle for 60 km and then stop.
The weather was getting bad, and my cycling companion had a nasty break on his bicycle.
We were stranded - and no cars were passing - only trucks that couldnt help.

Not only did a Good Samaritan called Muff Worden stop and help... she put our bikes in the back of the car, took us for lunch and to warm up at a local friends cafe. Then she drove us to her home and let us stay for the night!
It was one of the worst storms in a long time and we were glad to not be camping.

We felt like family.
She was the kindest stranger.
I will never forget her. My friend Muff.
