Till I saw this thread it hadn't occurred to me that Jane Russell was so recently alive. I sure do enjoy old movies from time to time including hers. Quite a survivor in spite of some interesting life choices...RIP to Miss Russell and best wishes to her family.

Mrrzy I know what you mean, I used to mix up Russells too. Once I sorted those out I started to mix the image of Rita Hayworth with Jane's name--like I more or less said in my previous post, this isn't my best subject. But an important part of Americana is lost with her passing.
