I haven't noticed any drop-off in my CD sales - but then, most of my audiences aren't teens. In what sense are CDs outmoded, Mary? They are the way I still listen to most of my music and seem to do the job pretty well. The newer formats aren't for the most part superior in quality and don't replicate adequately for me the format of music + artwork + written information that has been the norm for all of my life.
