One question is: who's going to be hurt if things go wrong? If you're only answering to yourself, then try anything you like - you can always retrieve the situation, and you can always make enough to live on (not well, but enough to stay alive) from casual/minimum-wage work. If you've got family/dependents, though, then the essential thing is long-term stability.Holiday resort rep is a reasonable job - some hassles when the s*** hits the fan, and it's not hugely well-paid, but you get your room and food paid, and you get to be somewhere really nice. If you've got holiday-related skills (eg. life-saving, sailing, diving, mechanicking, skiing) then you can get even better deals.
