I heartily concur with most. Your friends and family (and yourself) are what count. If someone gets on my case on the internet...I try to be either polite or make a joke...if they still come back nasty.......just move on. You can't communicate with EVERYBODY! Oh, and my oft repeated mantra..."just be glad they don't live next door"!
