I am sure I'm not alone in feeling so overwhelmed by all the bad news and crisis going on now, feeling somehow that I'd like to help but not knowing how, dreading reading or seeing the news because it seems like there is just so much going on that it's difficult to process...that I lose track of things. I had been following the goings on in Cote d'Ivoire, but there hasn't been much coverage lately. I have never been there, but I had friends who spent time there in the 70's and at that time it was peaceful and relatively prosperous. It's horrifying to see how that has changed.
