Some of the time I'm on here, an ad appears between the main threads and BS for webuyanycar.com. A few days ago, I used their site to find an estimate on my car, to compare with the offer from a car dealer. The ad knows the details of my car, and my location. I've checked to see if I have a cookie from the site, and I don't. So how is it doing it, why has it given me a higher estimate than the one emailed to me, and how to I stop it.
