And as for the States, and the Federal budget, for that matter -- there's enough money to cover all the expenses. The problem is, it's still in our pockets.

And till we make a determined effort to actually choose what we want to pay for and what we don't, AND THEN SET UP A FAIR WAY TO PAY FOR THEM, we'll still have these problems.
