Kat - I was diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension in October last year and have just had some treatment at the Royal Brompton hospital, which is a specialist centre for PH in Chelsea. The doc told me it was quite rare and difficult to diagnose, but there is no doubt. I've got some details which may or may not be helpful but I'll PM you anyway.
