My current favourite, without doubt, is an Ian Chisholm of Ditchling, Sussex, UK. His "number 30" of non-standard body size made to order in 2010 and bought second hand a couple of weeks ago:

It's brilliant. Spruce top/ cocobolo back and sides. Lovely tone, easy to play, great action. Don't think I'll ever need to buy another acoustic.
