We have found Aer Lingus on the LGW route to Malaga and Monarch on the LGW route to Alicante to be excellent and little if any difference in price from easyjet and the like.

It's well worth paying for extra legroom seats with Monarch - little difference bewteen that at BA Euroclub.

It's a great pity that GB Airways packed up - you could normally upgrade to Euroclub at Alicante for â‚¬50 on the return flight.
