I'm glad to say I pulled the stop cord on the NY subway for an unconscious guy everyone else ignored. By the way the subway car did not screech to a halt. It only signaled the conductor. We called for help for another apparent diabetes victim. The bus staion manager gave me blow back for wanting to call an ambulence.
