I missed this whole thread in september as well. Many thanks to you Desert Dancer in the current Oz Catters @2011 National Folk festival thread for referring me to this thread.

My memories of Rowan are warm and fuzzy impressions and memories mainly from campfire sessions and the bush dances over New Year at Nariel Creek festivals over the 70's and 80's as well as different meetings at the National over the years. That said its nice to be able to grab a copy of the photos posted above by Joe Offer via Rich Joy and to have a little glimpse into another side of Rowans life through the Aladdins cave snippet.

Not much more to say other than "I'll miss yer mate"!
