Generally, new chicks don't eat for the first 24 hours.

As long as there is plenty of food all three chicks should survive, even if the littlest one gets bullied. But it's the youngest one who has to work the hardest to get any food and that may in the long run help develop his survival skills.

Fresh fish is good!
