I've no idea how well Cuba measures up to anyone's idea of a socialist paradise. However, it's got to be an improvement on the squalid corruption ridden dictatorship which Batista left behind.

And, whether the current Cuban regime is good or bad, the present US imposed medical embargo on that country is nothing short of monstrous.
