I would imagine that most of your paridisiacal ingredients would be available there except for the long embargoed Heinz 57. But considering the differences in currency, hand made Ketchup would probably be available.

And even so, isn't Buffett saying that when he goes to "Paradise" he want's a cheeseburger. It is not clear from the song that he gets one.
