""Estimates that I see are over 100,000 Americans visit Cuba each year. One Treasury Department release stated that only 6,000 licenses had been issued in one-two year period. What does that tell us? Many Americans are going without their government's permission, through other countries, I suspect. Why cant free people travel to any country?
