Making sure its citizens only VISIT other nations is a good thing, and the United Nations should learn from Cuba and make all economic-immigration illegal, from now on. P.S: I don't know if Cuba has been accepting genuine asylum-seekers from nearby nations, but I'd like to think they do have this Left-Wing stance, also.
