I forage Black Trumpets and Hen-of-the-Woods, (a.k.a. Maitake), mostly. I know how to find those varieties and how to harvest them safely and sustainably. I've found a few chanterelles as well. Reishi and oyster mushrooms also grow reliably in our woods, and I have some logs inoculated with plug spawn that will hopefully bear the following varieties for us this year: Shiitake, Maitake, Pearl Oyster and Chicken-of-the-Woods.
